I’m a second year Philosophy student, and my main interests are currently Ethics, with particular regard to Virtue Ethics, and Political Philosophy. It is my responsibility to ensure the society runs smoothly, and that all members and visitors adhere to our principles as outlined in our constitution.

I am a third year history and art history student, and my main interests are theology and medieval objects of devotion, and more specifically the relationship between art and spirituality. As treasurer, I am responsible for keeping the financial records of the society and make sure that we have enough funds to organise interesting events. I am also your union council representative, so if there is anything you would like me to raise during council, do not hesitate to get in touch!

I’m a PhD student, and my research focuses on contemporary identity politics. My main interests are notions of identity discourses and performances, particularly as understood through feminist and queer theory. My role as academic officer concerns the society’s curriculum. It’s my duty to ensure that the society provides a broad and challenging series of events, and that all of these are up to our usual, impeccable standards. I’m further responsible for our website’s online content and our forthcoming public lecture series.
